Don’t miss the excitement of the 2022 Hawley Rodeo on June 9-10, 2023 in Hawley, Minnesota, about 30 minutes from Detroit Lakes, MN or Fargo, ND. Dating back to 1960 the Hawley Rodeo is an annual event. The small town of Hawley, Minnesota rolls out the western hospitality annually and celebrates the community and ProRodeo contestants. Located off Hwy 10 and a short drive from I94 and the Fargo area. The hillside rodeo arena is picturesque, nestled among the northern pines and along the Buffalo River. Local Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and FFA members will welcome you to the rodeo and make sure you have plenty of food options.
The excitement and energy of our Barnes PRCA Rodeo during the annual community celebration is great family entertainment. Rodeo fans experience America’s original sport at its best. Rodeo is one of the fastest growing spectator sports in the country. The popularity of the sport has as strong sense of tradition and value. Patriotism is at the core of Barnes PRCA Rodeo productions. The Iowa-based stock contracting company is known for paying respect to the United States Armed Forces during their rodeo performances. American flags flown over the bucking chutes and during the grand entry are signature elements at Barnes PRCA Rodeos across the country.

The American Heroes PRCA Rodeo is held during Hawley Rodeo Fest featuring Barnes PRCA Rodeo’s award winning animal athletes – bulls, bucking horses and saddle horses. The seven standard rodeo events: bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing, and bull riding.
