Don’t miss The Lakes Area Community Concert Band Spring Concert at the Historic Holmes Theatre, 806 Summit Ave, Detroit Lakes on April 28, 2024. Over 50 talented area musicians will perform classic wind band compositions, spirited marches, music from Broadway and more. This performance is free and open to the public. Free will donations are accepted.

About The Lakes Area Community Concert Band

The Lakes Area Community Concert Band provides an opportunity for area instrumentalists to play and perform in the context of the concert band, while serving the lakes area as a provider of musical entertainment and community involvement. Rehearsals are typically held on Thursday evenings, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., in either the D.L. Middle School or D.L. Senior High School band rooms. (We greatly appreciate the assistance of the Detroit Lakes School District, band directors and the Community Education Office.
