2024 Detroit Lakes Polar Fest Freeze Your Buns Run
Bring your running shoes for the Annual Detroit Lakes Polar Fest Freeze Your Buns Run on Saturday, February 10, 2024 from The Center at DLCCC in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. The Freeze Your Buns Run is a 5K fun run and is a great way to kick of the final Saturday of Detroit Lakes Polar Fest. The run takes you along classic streets in Detroit Lakes as well as providing the opportunity to run along beautiful Detroit Lake. Starting and finishing at Detroit Lakes Community and Cultural Center allows runners to keep warm in the lobby before the run begins.

Your purchase will support the building of an Angel of Remembrance statue that will be form the centerpiece of a new healing garden at Essentia Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Detroit Lakes. The hope with the project is to create “a sanctuary of honor, remembrance, hope and healing to those who have lost children through miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or at any age.”
