Featuring over 50 local musicians, the Lakes Area Community Concert Band is the final Tuesday’s In the Park performance every year. Experience the heartwarming melodies and infectious rhythms in a performance that celebrates the spirit of togetherness and artistic talent through the power of musicThe performance is free, though free will donations are accepted. Performances are each Tuesday from June to August.

At his live shows, Mark explains how most songs came to him and listeners are truly captivative by his narratives and how most songs came to him. His music is approachable, heartwarming and thought provoking. So, sit back and listen to the quiet stories and emotions that linger in his songs. Detroit Lakes City Park 1320 Lincoln Ave, Detroit LakesDetroit Lakes Tuesdays in the Park invites you to join Doc and the Scrubs this summer, in the Detroit Lakes City Park Bandshell from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Doc and the Scrubs is a big band based out of Detroit Lakes that was founded in 1991 by Dr. Bob Watson, and is comprised of area musicians, from ages 20 to over 80. The performance is free, though free will donations are accepted. Performances are each Tuesday from June to August.
