2025 DL Cruise Nights ~ Summer Auto Show in Detroit Lakes MN

Be sure to check out the 2025 DL Cruise Night by the Detroit Lakes Minnesota City Beach the second Wednesday of June – September. (June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10) Get here early so you’ll have time to look at the 200-plus buffed and shiny vintage automobiles parked along West Lake Drive. Five blocks of these beauties are a reminder of yesteryear. Don’t zoom past the cars—the lake breeze is a pleasure unto itself. When your stomach roars louder than a muffler, it’s time to head to the many bars and grills serving up pizza, burgers and more.

When: DL Cruise Night takes place on the second Wednesday from June through September.

Time: The event runs from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM CDT
Location: It occurs at different parks in Detroit Lakes. For example, in 2024, it will be held at City Park on August.
Cost: Attendance is free for both cruisers and attendees.
Sponsor: The event is hosted by the Wiseguyz Car Club, Denison Chapter.
Vehicle Display: You can showcase various types of vehicles, including classic cars, vintage rides, and custom vehicles.
Setup and Removal Time: Arrive between 4:00 PM and 8:30 PM for setup, and plan to remove your vehicle after the event.

Wiseguyz Car Club started in Lacrosse WI in the fall of 2011. The chapter in Detroit Lakes MN hosts the annual DL Cruise Night(s) during the summer. They are a car club for people who enjoy their cars and enjoy going to car shows. Many of you may already know about the weekly show we put on at DQ in Onalaska.
