It’s not your typical Art in the Park, but at Detroit Lakes it’s a perfect blend. Since 1979, booths with homemade crafts and artwork, festival food and live music are set up under the shady trees in the park. You’ll find treasures of all sorts – from jewelry and pottery to furniture and fabric goods. Admission is free, so bring the entire family! Hundreds of participants spend the morning swimming, running and biking to the finish line.
