Lodge Dining and Entertainment...
Lodge dining is limited to our daily complimentary breakfast, served in the beautiful Reflections Room overlooking the lake, and our LoLaD's bar where we feature drinks and appetizers in the evening. For lunch or dinner, there are many Detroit Lakes restaurants nearby that offer all types of cuisine. The Lodge does not offer a restaurant at the hotel.

Start your day off right with the Lodge's complimentary hot breakfast buffet in the beautiful Lakefront Reflections Room or outdoor deck, both overlooking Big Detroit Lake.
The Reflections room's "window wall" provides a spell-binding view of the lake, especially at sunset. In addition to breakfast, the Reflections Room is used in the afternoon for cocktails, and as a meeting breakout room.

LoLaD's Bar and Sunset Serenades...
Dramatic Sunsets set the stage for evening grand piano sunset serenades in our two-story pine ceiling Fireside Lobby which overlooks Big Detroit Lake. Once you place your order at LoLaD's free standing bar, linger in the lobby. Sink into a leather chair and play a game of checkers, relax in a bent willow rocking chair, or retreat to the 70' lakefront balcony with outdoor seating (seasonal) to capture the view. Light food and drink may also be ordered to take back to your room, to the pool area, or to the beach.

Our Culinary Experience Director has developed a light menu of tapas and appetizers such as gourmet cheeses, meat, olives, seasonal vegetables and fruits, fresh bread and delectable dips to pair with wines, beers, martinis and more. Try one of our signature drinks: the "sunset serenade" or the "blue heron". Children's cuisine items and non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
