This Summer, gather every Thursday at The Lodge to enjoy live music of regional musicians. Relax in our fireside lobby overlooking Big Detroit Lake. Enjoy great music, your favorite cocktail, conversation with friends, and, of course, spectacular sunsets. Purchase drinks and appetizers from LoLaD's lobby bar during the events. No Cover Charge. Open to the public and hotel guests.

Hear Miss Minnesota 2010, Kathryn Knuttila, on piano and special guest, Nashville's Andy Karg, on guitar & vocals, during happy hour tonight! Kathryn will have her new CD available for sale during the event; 100% of proceeds will go to the Children’s Miracle Network. "Kathryn has very powerful musical instincts and formidable technical chops as a pianist," notes Chris Cunningham, Head of the Composition Department at McNally Smith where she is a Junior studying composition. "She has been an outstanding student with a very positive personal drive and is a strong and prolific composer." Kathryn, a 23 year old native of Detroit Lakes, will represent Minnesota in the annual Miss America competition in January, 2011.
